Good place with its wi-fi, bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me choose a better taxi. The crew is wonderful. I’ll be back next year!

Charming hotel, delightful dining experience, with a wonderfully furnished room that featured a silent bar fridge and air conditioning for a comfortable stay.

Everything was first-rate.

The Royal Suite offered a unique charm with antique furnishings and a lovely bathroom featuring a spa bath. the hydronic heating didn’t work, leaving us with a noisy air conditioner. While the dining options were impressive, the lack of attention to details, like room maintenance and service, was disappointing.

Had a lovely time at Craig's Royal! The decor transports you back in time, and the staff were genuinely lovely. Enjoyed a fantastic meal that was delicious. Just wish the check-in process had been quicker. we had to wait a bit. a great experience!

The heritage vibe is just amazing! My room was nice and tidy, but a bit cramped. The staff were super friendly and made me feel at home. I loved the bar/lounge area, perfect for hanging out with fam. Only thing is, the check-in took longer than I’d hoped.

Family with children really enjoyed it

Overall the stay was nice with lovely staff who were really accommodating. The breakfast was excellent and the smashed avocado was plated to perfection, just how we like it. They even brought up a beautiful bottle of wine to thank us for our patience when there was a small issue with the room, a lovely touch.
